Triumph Detroit offers a "Hassle Free" return and exchange policy. Our number one goal is for you to be happy with
your shopping experience. Please find detailed terms of our policy below.
All non-defective products are subject to a 25% restocking fee if there is no exchange. We do not charge any restocking fees for apparel
exchanges made to achieve proper fit. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from Triumph Detroit. The item being exchanged
must be received in new and unused condition, all tags attached.
In the event you require an exchange please call 586-419-9928 or email us at online@triumphdetroit.com within seven(7) days of receiving your order.
We will issue a return/replacement authorization (RA), please place the item in its original packaging and place the RA# on the outside of the box.
Note: All returns or exchanges must have proper return authorization. Any returns received without proper authorization will be refused and
returned to sender.
All returns must be received at Triumph Detroit within 20 days of receipt of order. Items must be in the original manufacturers packaging in new
and unused condition and must be suitable for resale or return to the manufacturer.
Items returned without an RA# will be refused.
No returns on electrical and digital components. Please contact Manufacturer for defective items.
Items not commonly stocked, or specially ordered items are not returnable unless determined to be defective. Feel free to ask any questions before you
place your order, we are happy to help out.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS (NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS WILL BE HONORED), if an item is found to be defective, please refer to
manufacturer's warranty. We will be happy to assist you in contacting the manufacturer.
These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card used. Customer
is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued upon receipt at our Michigan Location. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items cannot
be returned if they have been used or mounted (no exceptions). Items returned COD will be refused. Any returned items that do not meet the above standards will be
sent back at the customer's expense and no refund will be issued. Customer must ship all items in a shipping box or envelope, do not use the product
packaging as a shipping container. If the original packaging is used as a shipping carton the item will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
We make a mistake: Triumph Detroit will replace incorrect items and pay return shipping charges. There will be no additional charges for the customer.
Product Warranty: All warranty claims are processed through individual product manufacturers and are subject to their policies. Warranty items
should be returned directly to the manufacturer unless advised otherwise by a Triumph Detroit customer service team member.
Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, a full refund will be applied (subject to a 25% restocking fee) to your account as
long as the order has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, the shipping costs, in addition to the restocking fee will be charged.
Back Orders: If an item in your order is on backorder we will notify you before we process the order and supply you with an estimated delivery date. In the event the product
remains on backorder after the estimated date has passed we will offer the customer the option of cancelling the order.
Return Shipping Instructions: Return using prepaid FedEx, UPS or US Mail to the return address found on this page. Insure shipment for full value of purchase.
Use original Triumph Detroit packaging in which you received your order. Triumph Detroit is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
Website Errors: Our online catalog is generated by our Triumph Detroit Staff and not an IBM Super Computer. We make every effort to ensure
that all of all our listings up to date. However due to the large volume of items online we cannot guarantee all our listed prices are absolutely accurate. We are constantly
checking and updating the Triumph Detroit Online catalog to bring you the best deals possible and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in the unlikely event a product
is priced incorrectly.
